Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello is an American actress. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (99), Coyote Ugly 2000, The Cooler 2003, A History of Violence 2005, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2008, Grown Ups (2011), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016) were just some of her movie roles. Bello appeared on television as Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997-1998), along with other starring parts such as Michelle McBride (2016 season), and Jacqueline Sloane (2017-2021) on NCIS. Bello was a child of Kathy Bello (a teacher and school nurse) and Joe Bello (a contractor). Bello was born in Norristown on the 18th of April 1967. Bello studied political sciences at Villanova University. After graduation, Bello honed her acting abilities in several New York theater productions. Bello is the mother of Jackson and Dan McDermott, her ex-boyfriend. In November 2013 she wrote about her having a sexual relationship with her then-partner, Clare Munn. She published a book, Whatever...Love Is Love: Questioning the labels we assign to ourselves (Dey Street Books, April 28, 2015)
